Scioly Assassination 77: Coup d'état

All was quiet in Scioly. DarkSabre had come to the end of his term, and Starpug and Robotman09 rose to the task of replacing him. We will see how this duel-leadership will work out. All is well with the people, now. The Assassinations have been repressed. The psychopathic rampages that used to ravage the land are over. Starpug and Robotman seem to have reached power in a golden age for the area. People are happy, and people are not dying.
Yet.
For you see, some of us are not happy to see this New Government in place. Some of us feel an anger toward authority. And maybe one of them will embark on a Campaign of terror to prove their point. Maybe, just maybe, with enough death, Things will go back to how they used to be!
I am one of you. I am none of you. And people will die.


1. The citizen police will be the next ten people who correctly answer the entrance clue. It can be found beneath the rules. Don’t do this cavalierly- people’s lives are on the line. One person will be a government police officer {He is the first to send in the answer}. He may make an extra protection every clue burst- however, one protection must be on a nonofficer. Otherwise, he is exactly the same.

2. People will die. I am not sure enough of my abilities to attempt anything on an official. They will probably make it through unscathed.

3. Police may die, but an officer may protect another officer.

4. The number of wrong accusations/deaths until I succeed is 30.

5. The assassin will provide clues which plainly point to his next victim, and occasionally to himself.

6. The assassin will continue to post with his true account, and may provide hints there.

7. The assassin will write entertaining and mildly gruesome accounts of his kills.

8. When accusing someone of being assasinator you must use the following template "I accuse (place name here) because (give reason here)." If you don't use this template when accusing the accusation won't count.

9. Once "killed" a user may not make any statements about the identity of the assasinator.

10. Civilians may post. Everyone is welcome to try to solve the mystery.

11. The clues will be given in 5-clue bursts. Each officer may protect once, with the exception of the government officer, who may protect twice. Each clue will point to a different user. Each successive clue will be harder {i.e. the first clue in the burst is the easiest, while the fifth is hardest}.

12. The standard timeframe for each burst is a week {7 days}. If all protects have been made and 9 days have passed since then the officers are all allowed one additional protect. If all protects are made, the revolutionary may kill their victims that are left unprotected, regardless of how many days have passed since the clue burst was given.

13. If the assassinator does not reply in 14 days after all protects are made, each officer gets a free accusation. However that accusation must be made next time the user posts and cannot be stored as an extra one to use later.

14. Identity clues will be given separately from the clue bursts.

15. Each officer starts with one accusation, and gains them from successful protects. If they already have 3, they may give any gained accusations to another officer of their choosing.

16. All protections must have a valid, clue related reason. You may make them based on nothingness, but you must actually come up with a solution to actually protect validly.

17. The assasinator reserves the right to add to these rules as they deem necessary.
