Nope. got 1st and second in all states events, then didn't care at all about natty nats and got 58th, 59th, and 58th. Just like the rest of my team.

At Wright State Invites in Food Science we lost a 3 way tie break and came out 10th and then in Green Generation we lost a 5 way tie. I mean come on.

If our team had gotten ten more points last year, we would have placed fourth regionally and went to states, I think. >.> There was a three-way tie at 185 for 4th, 5th, and 6th, and we placed 7th with 194.
I got 2nd in Forestry this year, losing my title, which is kind of disappointing because I'm leaving the region next year.
We got a seventh place in one event, I think, this year.
Eh. We did extremely well regardless, and I'm super proud.

Two years ago, our high school team got fourth at regionals, making it to state for the second or third year running. The next week though, our coach got a message that the supervisors had actually forgotten to include one event, and we had lost by one point to another team. That was horrible, even though I was on the B team at the time.
Then this year, I spent hours working on thermodynamics testing and studying, and ended up getting 5th. 4th wouldn't have been super great, but at least I would have medaled (ribboned?).

I have gotten six fourths this year(3rd was a medal), and five of them were from improperly graded tests, where we got more right than they gave us credit for.
The year before i joined my team, they had missed nationals by one point.

Seems like half of you are lucky and the other half is not. I'm with the unlucky group! 1 POINT DIFFERENCE TO GETTING 1st! Wow really!!!!!

I got 3 fourth places at regionals last year, but realy turned it around this year.
