Perhaps just allowing the opposing team to decline the move forfeiture could fix that. That way it's always to that team's advantage.

I can't access that website on my computer.

So, you just need to replace the old position with an X and the new position with the letter of the piece.

By the way, lowercase means Black, uppercase means White.

FEN is a pretty common format; there are tons of converters. But eh, all right.
