build requirements

is there any requirement that the boomilever be perpendicular to the testing wall? I can't find anything and was curious. we weren't going to have it completely parallel, but more at an angle then 90

Rules (3.g) only states where the device can touch the wall during the test, and where the loading block has to be before loading sand. What you do to "connect those dots" is up to you.
