IMU vs Wheel Encoder - An Article with Pros and Cons

I have seen a lot of comments and posts about you need an IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) to control rotation. I haven’t seen much discussion about using the wheel encoders instead. I created the post below to explain the pros and cons.
