National Tournament: REAL ID Travel Advisory
Don't miss your flight to Nebraska! Starting May 7, 2025, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will require REAL ID-compliant identification at security checkpoints in U.S. airports. If you plan to travel by air to the National Tournament in May, make sure you have a compliant form of identification—such as a U.S. passport—or begin the process of obtaining a REAL ID-compliant card, as processing times may vary.
More information, including how to get a compliant ID in your state and FAQs, are available at https://www.dhs.gov/real-id.

Re: National Tournament: REAL ID Travel Advisory
I remember in 2021, they did push the enforcement deadline for REAL ID to 2023, and prior to that, the original date was October 2020. I just got mine done during my license renewal once I turned 21.
It's also worth noting that minors (people under the age of 18) are not applicable to the ID check and do not need a REAL ID. However, that means high school seniors that have turned 18 (or will turn 18 before/during nats) need to bring a REAL ID, passport, green card, or other acceptable documents (listed on dhs.gov) in order to fly.
