excuse me, i have every right to be here...its an open thread. I was asked to comment by a teammate of mine....so don't jump to conlusions. I feel this is a STUPID event (which shudn't offend anyone becuz the event has nothing to do with them) and i wanted to express my opinions as did everybody else. So please, can you be quiet cause ur causing problems that don't need to be made. Now, i agree with pjgscioisamazing that we shud end this becuz there are 25 days or so until nationals and this is getting you nowhere. (and yes, pjg scio is amazing!)

alright this is getting ridiculous....if u want a mix of both go play a sport or something and participate in SO....i mean rele the physical activities they incorporate into the event don't even justify exercising....fyi pentathalon is not meant to be part of sci o.....physical activity has nothing to do with science. That is meant to be done at an other time. So please leave if your gunna casue problems becuase ppl who like to keep science apart from "exercising" shud not be criticized.

While I don't like this event in SO, I find it really fun to compete in. It just seems like careless fun while doing it. So I guess I'm kinda agreeing with Gguy about it being fun, but also agreeing with the others that it's not an SO event.

Nah, dude, my little teammate over here is the rude one. It's all good, we're not saying it isn't mad fun- For some teams it takes off the score though cuz many of us are total spazzes. XD

Pentathlon should've been something like a PERMANENT trial event, you know?

It would be cool to have it as a permanent trial. It's fun to compete, but stupid to count as score.
