Everyone seems to be over rules (which are out now :p) so I'm not certain if it's valuable info. I think c/o just refers to the character that's been writing the reports that the sassy has been 'intercepting and modifying', but there could be a double-meaning, like what you suggested.

As for the clue 45800, i've got nothing so far. I have my doubts about it being an encoded message, seeing as it's so short

Edit: as for the sig, nothing seems to stand out or ring a bell either.. doesn't really feel like an actual id clue lmao

The sassy seems to be musically aware, so the twoset clue would make sense, but the word "quite" definitely does make seem more about the "quite interesting" show you mentioned
