I think their studies are good enough and builds haven’t been that great for Carmel or Munster (not that they’ve been amazing for BHSS, but it’s still definitely possible they win).

I think Carmel bought Troy High School's builds for regionals only. They're trying to scare everyone, but I still predict an upset against Carmel because Carmel has an institutional rule that placing in builds at State is not allowed.
