State bids are generally not finalized until later in the year. I would expect that both SEPA regions get 4 bids, perhaps +/- 1.

Interesting prediction; however, I see these placings going in a very different direction. If you have time could you explain your thought process behind these predictions?

Lower Merion will be motivated to work even harder than the previous year. 3 points can make all the difference
CV has seniors that will want to work. Overall a 10/10 would recommend
Harriton and Rustin should stop being op and let other people go to nats but they're too selfish with knowledge :,(
The other teams ahead of ssa will work much harder
