How does your state do awards?

For anything Science Olympiad-related that might not fall under a specific event or competition.

The former is how it is in Georgia, and seems to be typical of most states (exceptions include Florida and Washington which allow multiple teams from a school at state, and of course Pennsylvania capping at one team per school at regionals).
