I'm so sad about the bio ID rotations I always wanted to do forestry or entomology the most but I get lousy herp for pretty much my entire scioly career
(no offense to you herp enthusiasts, trees / bugs > everything else)

Meanwhile, there are those who actually like birds...been 9 years...I didn't realize time was a bird, sure does fly.

In a very general sense, events that rotate are of the sort where accumulated knowledge is more valuable. There are no doubt a number of factors that result in certain events being perennial though.

Forensics rules have actually changed quite a bit year to year, although it's hard to see that without access to a decade's worth of past rules manuals.

I'd say all of those events are of the sort where actual practice far outweighs the benefits of accumulated knowledge.

That said, it's likely that part of the reason for Exp Design and WIDI's continued nonrotation is just because Inquiry is already struggling with finding events for the two rotating spots.

I'd say Disease never really changed at all, they've just stripped away the illusion of change this year.
