By starting temperature of 90 C do you mean the temperature you heat the water up to or the temperature when you put the water in the beaker.
The temperature of the source bath, like how its run at tournaments

Yes even though it is always annoyingly off once it ends up in ur boxes beaker. :roll:

So the way I have been doing testing is, I get around 90 degree water then do the test then at the end I use the same water and don't even open my box to do another test. I do this over and over again until the water isn't hot enough. Does anyone think there is a flaw in this way of testing.

YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAJOR ERRORS HERE DUDE! :!: :shock: :!:
Let me explain. You always want to use new water as to reset your box and also let ur box cool down awhile to reduce error! The process that you are using has massive flaws that allow for temps to be more wacky and unstable.My process for minimal error is to heat water to 90C and then pour it into a new beaker which I then place in my box.Then I time it until the max time window is done (Div C 40min Dic. B 30min) after which I do a complete reset pour out all water and allow a 15 min cooldown min and then rerun more tests. :D Its mainly foolproof ;)

Also, note that you should attempt to mimic the ES typical actions when pouring water as to reduce error :D Hope this helps ;) 8-)

Do you have any suggestions on how to do this process faster because that will probably take forever to do all of the tests.

Oof sorry but it is the only efficient way.(I have wasted 12 hours of my life on thermo tests :roll: ) I would not recommend cutting corners. :geek:

Well I don't have a lot of time to waste so do you think waiting only like 5-10 minutes would be long enough. Also, is there some way you can develop an equation to see if the tests are consistent.
