Pi day

Tomorow is pi day 2009. Any thoughts about this momentous occasion?

Oh yeah...I hadn't noticed. And today is Friday the 13th!! Two great days back to back, that doesn't happen too often!

My math teacher is is one of those crazy math teachers. He loves Pi day and we do all sorts of activities. We had a memorizing Pi digits contest, a Pi eating contest, a coloring Pi contest, we made Pi pyramids, we sang three Pi day songs, and we watched Pi day movies. If you ask me...I think he's obsessed but I still think that he is the greatest math teacher in the world!!!

my high school (the one that i will be going to next next year) does pi day . they get really into it, with the shirt and the games at lunch. this year, the shirt says "the em∏re strikes back" and it's written in the tiny numbers of pi. then, on the back, it shows darth vader and he's holding a pie and saying "come to the dark side. we have pi" every year it changes. one year, it was monty p∏thon.

PI DAY WAS AWESOME WE ATE PIE OF EVERY KIND IMAGINABLE, THREW PIE AT TEACHERS, AND LEARNED HOW TO BECOME ONE WITH THE PI IT WAS AWWWWWEEEEEESSSSSSOMMMME. Ok I'm done being noobish here are the pics of the shirts
