Didn't Hovercraft take Sounds' spot?

Hovercraft didn't replace Sounds, I think it just got stuck into the rotation before Sounds so that the committee could look into Sounds a bit more and try to un-subjectify it. Sounds will probably return year after next?

Does anyone know when we might find out if herpetology is going to be a field guide event (like entomology) or a binder event (like invasive species)? Is there a possibility that we find out before the official rules come out in September?

After the draft rules come out after SOSI(which is in June I believe) we'll know, but there's always a chance it'll change before the official rules come out.

SOSI is July 17-21. I'll be there again and I'll have my AMA thread up like last year once I'm on my way to the airport. We get the rules that Monday afternoon, but the in depth sessions are throughout the week if anyone has a more complex question.
