Anyways, back to business. I put "NBKQYX PBESD NSOC PSBCD" into a code solver and I got this:
FRIGHT BROAD FACE BARED
HAVING MAKES HELD MEADS
HAVING RATES HELD READS
TRYING BROAD TAKE BARED
CRYING BROAD CAME BARED
LAYING HAVES LEFT HEATS
FAMING HAVES FELT HEATS
PROACH FRUIT PIES FIRST
LADING HAVES LEFT HEATS
FAVOUR MAKES FELT MEATS

None of them are actually the phrase (unscrambled), but most of them involve either broad, meads, bared, and heats.
Look on the previous page; the clue was already solved. Unless you have a good reason to think it isn't Dragonfruit...

That seems right, although I think it's a little strange that the location was explicitly stated.

I'm suspicious of Skystrider only because they haven't been on in a loooooong time and have only made one real post. Why would the creator of the sassy games just randomly reappear after a long absence?

I'd have to agree with the skystrider suspicion, but I think it would be best to keep options open and see first. He/she could be doing it just for fun...

Yeah it is pretty fishy to see Skystrider again here. Although we should keep our options open, it's good to have suspects early on. Also - FluffyCrustacean is rather new to the forums, so I think he wouldn't know too many people; keep that in mind while thinking about who the Sassy is.

I think possible suspects for the sassy should include Skystrider and Fluffy Crustacean.

Well liberal arts has to do with literature, philosophy, mathematics, and social and physical sciences, so we should look into that since the location may be a clue.

Glad to see that you guys are already analyzing me to figure out who I might pick. Not gonna help you with that, though I will try to help with kill clues if I have the chance.

Liberal Arts could be reffering to LASA (Liberal Arts and Sciences Academy) Or it could just be unimportant.

Well that was fast. Sorry I wasn't able to help, I was busy all day yesterday.
I have some sassy ideas, but nothing very formed yet. I also think it's interesting that sassy stated the location. Maybe there is a different one for each clue?
