No way to create new events on quizzing?

Am I correct that users can't add new events to the Quizzing category? If so, could an admin please add an Invasive Species B/C category? I have some questions for it :)

Quizzing is need of some work, so in the meantime you may want to contribute those questions to the question marathon. We will work to have event updated as soon as we can.
