Re: Pennsylvania 2015
Were there other issues besides including the trial event scores in the total scores?

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
That's extremely unfortunate for FR high school... Would they just straigt up not let FR come to states since technically they didn't qualify or would they end up having 37 teams in divC?

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
Once the official team lists get posted, I'll make a poll like I did last year. However, I think sometime between now and states we should have a PA party where we all just crash chat! Sound like something any of y'all would like to do? Would a weekend or a weekday be better?

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
It's prediction time!
Like last year, I've set up a poll where you can submit your top 10 teams. I will be posting how the overall poll looks periodically between now and states as more responses come in. The overall poll is set up like college sports, where each vote for 1st place gives a team 10 points, each vote for 2nd place gives a team 9 points, and so on.
In addition, after the tournament, I will announce the predictions which were most accurate! I can't promise you a prize, unfortunately, but you would get the glory of knowing your prediction was superior to everyone else's!

EDIT: One thing I forgot to mention: if your form has duplicates, I'll just replace the second entry of that team with the closest team in the list you didn't include (i.e. if you put Bala Cynwyd twice, but did not put Welsh Valley, I'll make the second BC a WV.) If you put the same team three times, I'll have to discard your response since I won't know who you wanted where.
EDIT II: Current poll, since I don't feel like triple posting:
Division B (8 votes):
1T. Shady Side (75 points, 4 first place votes)
1T. Springhouse (75, 4)
3. Bala Cynwyd (65)
4. Welsh Valley (51)
5. Devon Prep (45)
6. Strath Haven (34)
7. Quaker Valley (20)
8. Springton Lake (13)
9. Whitehall-Coplay (11)
10T. Kutztown (9)
10T. Allen (9)
Others receiving votes: Wyoming Area (7), Eagle View (6), Park Forest (6), Franklin Regional (6), Bedford (3), Hershey (1)
Division C (14 votes):
1. Harriton (139, 13)
2. Conestoga (120)
3. Bayard Rustin (109, 1)
4. Penncrest (98)
5. Strath Haven (68)
6. Shady Side (67)
7. Garnet Valley (34)
8. Northwestern Lehigh (32)
9. Hershey (17)
10. North Pocono (16)
Others receiving votes: Lower Merion (13), Perkiomen Valley (10), State College (9), Northwest PA Collegiate Academy (6), Wilmington (6), Spring Grove (6), Parkland (5), Kutztown (3), Stroudsburg (3), Seneca (3), Elizabethtown (2), Quaker Valley (2), Fleetwood (1), Pittsburgh Allderdice (1)

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
How are Bala Cynwyd and Welsh Valley doing this year? I know their scores were very close at regionals, but are their teams better this year compared to last year? If their builds are better this year, they could easily be one of the top 2 teams in the state!

Re: Pennsylvania 2015
I was just wondering: Does anyone know if Penncrest not as good at regionals because of graduation or did they just have a bad tournament?
