The [b]pulmonary veins[/b] carry oxygen-rich blood from the lungs to the heart. The opposite is done by [b]pulmonary arteries[/b], which carry oxygen-poor blood from the heart to the lungs.

In the cardiac cycle, the second stage lasts 0.1 seconds. Is there an atrial diastole or systole?
