Are we allowed to use our notes during this part of the competion becuase its really important that i knoww? part two is the part im talking about!

Do you really need to post the same question 3 times in a row? Do you think somehow it'll get answered faster. Regardless, read rule 2.a closely and you'll answer your own question.

I have a flap/door on the side, would it be okay if I had a piece of duct tape on the outside of the box to seal it shut? Just want to be careful...

Seems like that would be the traditional use of a fastening material, which are allowed.
