They're called Google Bombs

There was a popular one in which when you Googled 'Miserable Failure' it would come up with a bunch of biographies of George W. Bush. But they changed it so that doesn't happen anymore.

But I do believe you can still type in 'French Military Victories' and get something cool.

And those are just fake images. If you actually search for "French military victories" or "Chuck Norris" you will get other things. Google bombs are when people use massive link farms to make google put something on their results, like George Bush when you search for "Miserable failure." But, Google changed their algorithm so that it ignores obvious link farms.
