Re: SAT Scores?
Where's the cut-off for National Merit in everyone's states? Here, you have to be in the upper percent of the 99th percentile. It doesn't leave too much room for mistakes (especially if you accidently bubble answers in wrong... I wanted to scream after I did that.)

Pretty high here too I think. I got the commended student thing but nothing else.Aia wrote:Where's the cut-off for National Merit in everyone's states? Nobody in my school was a finalist either. 3 were commended students.

Re: SAT Scores?
I didn't take the PSAT this year. No one in my freshman year did. They weren't interested.starpug wrote:Ahh

Re: SAT Scores?
I'm actually thinking about doing the Practice SAT also along with SAT II at the end of the year for Chemistry

Re: SAT Scores?
For semifinalist, NY is something like 215? maybe? not positive and i think my cousin in MA said that MA needs like a 220 (unfortunately for me, he got a 224, so he's all "oh im probably gonna be a semifinalist).
Idk, but i think my psat teacher told me that my 206 was probably good enough for commended? ill take it
