it can be as long as the other 8 aren't all sophmores or juniors so u are wrong...
Money certainly won't get you qualified, but my school's team isn't really funded AT ALL! I think there might be some, but barely anything. Almost everything is out of pocket. once you qualify getting there is another question...
but money wont get u qualified...
