What happens to the forum during summer break?
Does anyone post?...for building events i suppose you could talk about designs and what the National rules might be for the next season....

Look through the archives from last year (or the OBB archives from previous years).

It runs like normal. It's not like people abandon it or anything... or maybe some people do. 
People indulge in the Posting Games more, I guess, but there's always talk about next year's events, rule changes, etc.
