Hello, I know that this is probably slightly strange, but I'm from Waunakee, a school in your regional. I might have seen you at competitions before, and I also do Microbe Mission. To put it bluntly, I want to make my team better. I just want to ask a few questions about the organization of Madison West team, unless these are considered trade secrets. How much would you say that you study for events, and how many people join the club each year? Do you have to give introductory tests to them, and how do your coaches make sure that you study?
