Ananya has participated in Science Olympiad for three years now (2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022). She was an alternate during her first year and has been a team member for two years now. She loves studying birds of prey in Ornithology and calculating ratios in Disease Detectives (her two favorite events). She's also in Green Generation, but she doesn't like that one as much. In the past, she's also done Science Word, Heredity, Food Science, Mission Possible, and Boomilever. She does not enjoy building events and is glad she isn't in the last two again this year.

In her free time, Ananya enjoys birdwatching, following international cricket, watching movies, and doing homework. Her favorite animal is the Belted Kingfisher.
