LifeGate Academy Homeschool (also known as Team Awesome) is a brand new homeschool Science Olympiad team for high school students. They competed in the University of Alabama at Huntsville Regional on February 19. Team Awesome has 10 members, and has participated in the Anatomy and Physiology, Astronomy, Write It Do It, Chemistry Lab, Mission Possible, Towers, Mousetrap Vehicle, Helicopter, Forensics, Dynamic Planet, Ornithology, Sound of Music and Sumo Bots events.
