Woodland Middle school is located in Gurnee, IL. They have been competing in Science Olympiad since 2014-2015 season. They compete in the College of Lake County IL regional. Their past performance was the 2017-2018 season in which they qualified for the Illinois State Tournament for the first time. Competing in Division B-A they won First place in the division and placed 16th out of 50 overall. In the 2018-2019 season, they won 2nd place in the CLC regionals and at the Illinois State Tournament they competed in Division B-AA and placed 3rd overall out of 50 teams.
