aeee is a 7th grader in misery that goes to wydown middle school. This is her first yr of scioly and did crave the wave, crime busters, and roller coaster at states.
At states, she placed 3rd, 8th, and 16th (humbling moment). She had the 2nd lowest average place at states !! Yay !!
At the start of the year, she originally signed up for bridge, crave the wave, experimental design, and soethign else *(which ive forgotten). In the end, she competed in 1/4 of the events she wanted to do.
Her school particiapted in 7 tourhnamenets, but aeee only acyually did 3/7 of those tournaments.

INVITATIONALS
Georgia Scrimmage
She was kind of a throw in for this tournament, so she ended up only doing dynamic planet. Since this was her first time participating i a tournament, she was kinda confused and all over the place. Overall she got 5th in dynamic planet but still unforntuately, got beaten by the other Wydown team (L). She doesn't remembr anything about the test but it was probably good.
Raymond Park
Raymond Park was her first and only in person invitational in indiana. Her coach wanted her to do dynmaic planet with the same partner, but due to her not so great experience with her old partner, she decided to go for crave the wave. At Raymond park, she ended up doing crave the wave, bio process lab, roller coaster, and write it do it. She honestly didnt care about any event except crave the wave, and it also happend to be the only event she placed in. She got a respective 4th (crave), 11th (bio lab), 19th (roller coaster), and 15th (write it do it).
As her first time doing crave the wave, she barely knew anything and missed questions on some of the most unironically easy questions (cough cough snells law cough cough energy of photon)!!
Bio Lab was kind of disastrous. The test was fine, dont get me wrong, but my partner forgot to print out the cheat sheet and I didn't really study for bio lab either so [skull]
Roller Coaster she only did cause her friend wanted to do it. She didn't really understand roller coaster, and in the end it didnt work which was quite unfortunate cuz right after that she tested it again and it worked.

Write it do it she did once and never again. It is a forbidden topic to talk about aeees write it do it skills !! Not only is her handiwritn bad, she also has bad reading comprehension so no matter what your screwed if you have aeee do widi !!
Virginia Tech
aeee didnt like virignia tech at all but not cause the tournamnet was bad but cause what came out of it !
it was her bday and lets be real- who wants to do scioly on there bday, much less a virtual tournament??
She could only do 1 event, as her other events are builds and stuff, so the coach had her pick up crime busters (blegh) and that somehow ended up having her doing crime at states even though she is extremely mid at crime.
She got a humbling 21st in crave the wave and 19th in crime busters. Her defense for crime busters is that the analysis / essay thing never saved.
She was not prepared at all for Virginia Tech crave the wave, she was still getting used to studying for scioly and how to work with events and such, so she ended up having lots of info but didn't know how to actually apply that information.
REGIONALS + STATES
aeee participates in the region 6 Missouri regional competition. Other notable schools in the same region are Ladue, Franklin County, and Parkway Central.

REGIONALS
aeee participated in crave the wave, crime busters, and roller coaster at regionals. It was her first regionals, and she was on one of the schools 2 main teams. her final stats out of 10 teams (3 of whom were from wydown) were

She unfortunately didnt beat the other main wydown team !! So god knows why she went to states !!
Particular likes and dislikes of the 2023 regionals were -
The crave the wave test was ridiculously hard and almost seemed to go off topic at times. Like I still don't really see why RMS had to be on the test ?? Oh well. The lab was also a bit funky too, and it required a ruler (which I didnt know which is why we just completely skipped the lab !). Anyways after doing both states and regionals, the regionals test, in aeees opinion was significantly harder. It was undeniably the hardest ctw test aeee has ever done. But atleast it had a lab !
STATES
ok im going to start off saying i most definitely should not have gone to states w/ my trashy stats lmao, I was ranked 23rd at wydown so uhm. yea. p sure i only went to states cuz of ctw but anyways !!
