Raleigh Charter High School
Raleigh Charter High School is an independent, public school in Raleigh, North Carolina. It has consistently ranked in the top 100 high schools in the nation as judged by Newsweek. The school's mascot is the phoenix. It competed in the National Ready Tournament between 2014 and 2023 (when the tournament was discontinued). Between 2004 and 2014 and in 2024 it competed in the Raleigh Regional.
Results
Historically, Raleigh Charter High School has gone to Nationals very often (11 of 15 years between 2004 and 2018) and has repeatedly placed in the top 20 there. Within NC, Raleigh Charter has a reputation for placing better at states than regionals. In fact, in 2016 and 2018 they placed 3rd at regionals but 2nd at states.
