::I'm not a mod, but I'd say a page is no longer incomplete if it at least touches most parts of the rules. For example, for [[Code Busters]], that'd be most of the cipher types and some information on the test/scoring, or for [[Detector Building]], it'd be some information on the event itself (the test, the device measuring, and how everything is scored), along with some general information about microcontrollers and temperature/resistance/voltage, etc. I don't believe there's a definitive line for when the template should be removed. | |||

- I'm not a mod, but I'd say a page is no longer incomplete if it at least touches most parts of the rules.
