Harmony Middle School

This is Harmony's third year of Science Olympiad. Harmony Middle School has recently joined the Northeast Science Olympiad Chapter of Kansas. They quickly went up in rank,and in their first year (2013) they ranked 3rd overall at regionals. Although they have done well for their first year, they continue to improve. Harmony's mascot is the Thunderbird, and their colors are red, white, and blue. Located in the Kansas City area, it is apart of the Blue Valley district, which is one of the most promising districts for academics. Harmony now only enters one team in Invitationals.

They took 1st at the Southland Invitational. Harmony placed 2nd at the Kearney Invitational. Harmony took 1st at Warrensburg.

Harmony Middle School is competing in all of the Division B events. All members of their team are in the range of 6th-8th graders. Reaching out to anyone who would like to participate, the Science Olympiad team allows anyone to join the club. However, after the Invitationals the official team that will participate at regionals will be decided by the top 15 scoring members of the team.
