Bethlehem Central High School is a Division C school which participates in New York's Capital District regional competition. They had a period of success from 1998 to 2003, where they qualified for states every year but one. They came very close in 2012, falling short to Roxbury High School by 6 points. In 2014 and 2015, they finally qualified for states again, sending a team both years.
