Waunakee High School is a Division C school located in Waunakee, Wisconsin, in the Madison Regional. This team has not yet won state. Waunakee Middle School feeds into the school.

After a 3-year hiatus in the program, from 2021-2023, the club was restarted, seeing greatly increased participation in the 2024-2025 season, winning the Madison Regional (as Madison West had split their team), defeating the established teams of Middleton.

Waunakee has a rivalry with Middleton, after a score recalculation at 2025 state led to Middleton outscoring Waunakee by one point. This rivalry continued into the 2026 season, which saw Waunakee defeat Medford, Slinger, and Middleton at the Marquette Invitational, earning 1st in Division 2 and 5th overall.
