Thomas Middle School is a Division B school located in Arlington Heights, IL. A Thomas Middle School teacher, John Figlewicz, founded Illinois Science Olympiad with a few other science enthusiasts. There is a friendly rivalry between this school and South Middle School, the only other middle school in the district. Thomas Middle School's goal is for kids to have fun and learn with limited coaching.
