South Burlington High School is a Division C team from the state of Vermont which qualified for the 2018 National Tournament. They are the first team in state history to receive a bid to nationals.

- 1South Burlington declined their 2018 Nationals bid. St. Johnsbury Academy went instead.
- 2St. Johnsbury Academy declined their nationals bid, which allowed for South Burlington to attend the 2019 National Tournament. However, South Burlington High School no-showed on the day of nationals, which means they place 61st automatically, per Science Olympiad Rules.
