The Scarsdale Middle School is a school which has students in grades 6-8 and is located in Scarsdale, New York, a town 20 miles north of New York City. Scarsdale Middle School often hosts the Lower Hudson Valley regional competition. For the past few years, Scarsdale has advanced to the state level. They also have won the spirit award many times. Students graduating from the Scarsdale Middle School go to the Scarsdale High School, which also has a Science Olympiad. In 2011, both the A and B team of Scarsdale Middle School would have went to states this year, but Bronxville went instead of B team. This is because a school can only send one team to the State Competition.
