SilverPersian1 is a former competitor at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South. He has 6 years of experience in Science Olympiad. Participating in Div B from 2013-2015 and Div C 2017-2019. While he has competed in a wide range of events, including Anatomy and Physiology, Astronomy, Crime Busters, Disease Detectives, Dynamic Planet, Experimental Design, Fossils, Geologic Mapping, Meteorology, Rocks and Minerals, and Water Quality, his favorite events are all Earth Science. He has also worked at Plainsboro Academic Camps for the last 3 years, where he enjoys teaching aspiring elementary and middle school students Science Olympiad events.
He can also be addressed as "Mike", "Michael", or "Geodude."

2017
whythelongface has written one Remote Sensing test for the 2017 SSSS.
2019
whythelongface plans to write one Dynamic Planet test for the 2019 SSSS.
Beyond Division C
whythelongface has competed in the New Jersey Envirothon and the NOSB New Jersey regional, Shore Bowl. He is still competing in various competitions even as an old man, such as the St. Louis University's Public Health Scholar Bowl, as a member of the Emory University team.
