SriG is an 11th grader at Pioneer HighSchool. Commonly refer to as “one with the Chiwawee’s”. The story goes: he walked into a dog park and all of the Chihuahua’s congregated around him, ready to obey his order. He then ran screaming around the field, with a pack of dogs chasing after him. SriG, or “SriG the Chiwaaqee” is a brilliant Olympian who primarily does study events. His only forays into building events was Hovercraft, where he performed remarkably well. He is a past Slauson and current Pioneer Olympian.

Past Years

=2014-2015

SriG joined Slauson, and preceded to easily make the main team and help his team get 3rd at States.

2015-2016

SriG competed again on the primary team, and his team improved greatly. The placed 3rd in Michigan, a heartbreaking loss(Michigan takes the top two teams to Nationals) caused by an ugly building bomb.

2016-2017

SriG competed again on the main team. The team got 4th at stars due to a much weaker 6th grade class that replaced a pretty good 8th grade class.

=2017-2018

SriG joined his high school team who had just made States for the first time a year ago, and helped them improve to 4th place overall.

=2018-2019

SriG&Co kinda crushed it, and the team made nationals this year!

=2019-2020

SriG was elected treasurer after a near-miss at JuniorCap

-AlfWeg is a 12th grader in Michigan who competes in Division C.  He has been competing in Science Olympiad for the past 11 years, including Elementary School, and seven years without. He specializes in study events, and briefly picked up air trajectory in middle school. He has been doing Dynamic Planet all throughout Middle School and High School, and does the rotating event that is currently Machines. His other events vary throughout the years.

-AlfWeg joined Slauson Science Olympiad in 6th grade, a continuation from the excellent Elementary Scioly run in his county. He performed well largely due to his enthusiastic scioly family, who helped him get ready for competitions. It was only the second year in a long time Slauson had made states, and as a school, they performed dismally, placing in three events-one of which was AlfWeg's.

-AlfWeg joined his highschool science olympiad team, helping them make states for the first time since 2012. Joining the team was a big commitment because the team had never made states, a long, long way from what his middle school team was like. The success the team didn't have:),  caused a few of his peers to not continue with Scioly.
