In the DNA replication section, the text says that topoisomerase unwinds the DNA strand. This is wrong, topoisomerase unwinds the strand, but then it puts it back together. It does this so it can relieve the stress caused by helicase unwinding the DNA strand.

In the DNA replication section, the text says that topoisomerase unwinds the DNA strand. This is wrong, topoisomerase unwinds the strand, but then it puts it back together.
