Overview

Vex is robotics design system that helps make it easier to build, use, and program robots and electric vehicles. Vex sells there kits with prefabricated plastic and metal parts and motors. The more advanced starter kits also come with sensors and a programming kit. The devices built with the kit can be remote control driven like in Robot events or programmed like in Electric Vehicle.

Starter Kit

The starter kit costs $300 and comes with:

  • Radio controlled + programmable
  • Over 500 parts included:
    • Programmable micro-controller (Requires Programming Kit)
