Daniel Wright Junior High School is a Division B school in Lincolnshire, IL, which qualified for the 2012 National competition at the Illinois 2012 state competition. Previously it qualified in 2011. It's best finish at Nationals was in the 2013 tournament at Wright State University, where it got second, only 5 points behind Solon MS. There, in an astounding performance, it won 14 medals overall, 6 of which were gold. Daniel Wright's strength has steadily increased over the years, and it is now a renowned competitor of Science Olympiad.
