A lot of times, redirects are only used to help a person find the page, and each isn't relevant to the others.

This redirect probably should not have been deleted because the redirect is not causing a problem and redirects are cheap. Please remember that deletion is a very powerful tool, and deleting any sort of page should not be taken lightly.
