Banning Spam Accounts

Can you guys please ban the user SandraSparks? It is clearly a spam account whose only purpose is to advertise. I've already reported two of their posts but they keep popping up.

Most spam accounts post in one session and are never used again. By the time we get to moderating their posts, often the accounts are no longer being used and it is not worth the hassle to ban; deleting the posts is enough.

I generally ban the accounts regardless; it makes me feel powerful. :P But also just as a precaution.
