Any idea about trial events? I've heard Herpetology and Mystery Design for div. B (unconfirmed until the rules are posted!)

I believe that they removed Bottle Rocket?

It may be different for different states, but I am not sure if all states generally stay consistent with the events.

Yeah - Bottle Rocket hasn't been run at the NYC regional event (at least in the two years I have coached a team here) but it's still run at the NYS competition and various invitationals. The past two years, we poured all of our efforts into the select events run at the regional tournament, and then had to scramble to cover new events in a month - not a recipe for success. Plus, water rockets are just fun learning experiences for anyone.

Divison B: Herpetology and Mystery Design

Divison C: Herpetology and fermi questions.

Any idea when the rules will come out for those events?

Has a rule sheet for Mystery Design been made, and if so, where can I find it?
