Are you sure about the date for SE regionals? The website still says TBD.

Also, Battle of Valley Forge Invitational at Conestoga High School, Berwyn, PA on January 14, 2017

I added the SE regional date. It's showing up on the website for me.

Has anyone received their rules packets from the state organization yet? If we were to order them separately how long would they take to be delivered?
