FAQs and Clarifications

A number of new FAQs have popped on the official
www.soinc.org website addressing some of the questions addressed unofficially on this list.
None should be surprises, but those are the official answers unlike what you see here.

Not sure if this is worth sending as an official rule clarification, but is it legal to use pneumatics which have the pump in the control box and not on the device? Doesn't seem like there would be anything against it in the rules, but just making sure.

If its worth typing here for unofficial opinions, why wouldn't be worth typing into the official site?

I've sent rule clarification requests before, but they never posted anything, while here I could get at least some opinions.
