1) This is probably covered in the rules (I haven't read the rules for this event extensively, since I'm a) not in the event and b) not in Div B)
2) Next time, don't post in Archives; instead, use this year's Mission Possible forum (the mods will probably move the thread)
3) I notice you're in NC, so perhaps you're in Div C and they run the event there (I don't know for sure about this). If so, you can probably either ask questions in this year's Div B subforums, or ask the admins to make a thread for the NC-specific event.
