Does anyone have a good link with a list and examples of different kinds of folds? Thank you.

Wikipedia: Go down to the section called "Fold types and they have pages for most fold types as well, with examples, I think
http://web.arc.losrios.edu/~borougt/Geo ... agrams.htm: From a college website, lots of diagrams
http://www.usouthal.edu/geology/haywick/GY111/folds.pdf: Looks like an excerpt from a textbook, there seems to be a lot of info on folds, and it even has some 3-d block structures you can cut out and make if you need help visualizing fold structures

I've used colored pencils to do geologic cross-sections. IMO it's a little easier than trying to make 5 different shadings consistently.

Also with those occasional construction problems, like three point or whatever others, but yeah cross sections is a good one to use them for. Honestly I somehow haven't had to use them yet, but that makes sense for me since event schedule conflicts have not allowed me to compete for a while.

What is anyone using for the "geologic compasses"?
Just curious to see what anyone has!

One of these?
Interesting. Well I mean we don't have any—I just found this random image on the internet
