Close Relationships in the team?

Okay so are you becoming really good friends with the people on your team?
Currently I am up here helping a friend with the Egg-O-Naut event and him and I are really close (though he's teasing me and I may have to get him later)
There are also some other dear people that I have on the team.

What about you all?
Are you forming some close bonds with your teammates?
Is this your first year or have you been in it for a while?
This is actually my third year in Science Olympiad

Kinda. I find that being in building events together and failing miserably together helps build friendships. I would know. My friend and I built like 4 trajectories last year, and every single one either broke or sucked.

I'm not exactly sure why, but I've always liked it that way O_o

And yeah, it seems that being in Remote Sensing with this one guy and having to study a LOT has made us pretty close. I'm not in any of the building events though. However, I do help them with the events a lot.

It seems that everyone on our team is friends. But that could be because almost half our school is on the team. There are times when you just want to punch people in the face because they annoy you, but you don't cuz you need them. And I've noticed that events tear friendships apart on our team. Everything gets patched up when it's over, but still. My friend and I did the Robot Ramble for two years and we fought almost the entire time last year because of conflicting ideas. This year we're back on good terms 'cuz we're no longer in events together.

Well sometimes I get annoyed with the newest members of the team cause they don't want to actually work and all that so...that sometimes causes problems. But other than that, we're pretty good. I've seen the guys building the Electric Vehicles get into arguments because of clashing ideas, but that's about it.

Same with our team. We're all friends. And every year we get closer. And then sometimes it gets awkward

Our youngest are the 10th graders, though they act like 5th graders -_-;;

No my ex-partner in bio process is a year younger than me and now has a cruch on me and my ex bf is on the team and he never fully got over me. OUr youngest our sixth graders and i ignore them cuz they r sooo annoying
